I ended up having to chase them for a refund, and the whole chargeback situation just felt messy and frustrating. Support answered, but they didn’t really do much to help. After dealing with all that, I don’t think I’d buy from them again, because if a simple refund is this difficult, then..

The site/server itself is okay, but my experience with the staff wasn’t great. When I asked for help, the replies were really short, and one mod sounded annoyed the whole time. Maybe they were just super busy, but it made me feel like the issue was somehow my fault. I just wish the team would talk to people a little better

I had one issue and the staff handled it in a fair way. I can’t say I know every detail or what was going on behind the scenes, but from my side it seemed like they sorted it out reasonably

I’ve been using The Archon for a while now, and the connection has been really stable. I barely ever get kicked or lag out, which is pretty much the main thing I care about. So yeah, I’m happy with it so far, I mean, if it keeps working like this...

I bought something from the store and it just wasn’t get fulfilled right. It took way too long, and I felt like nobody was paying attention to it. I was waiting around thinking it would be fixed, but it never really got handled properly

I was expecting to hear back a bit faster, so the wait was a little frustrating. It did take a while, but they eventually replied and helped me out.

I’ve used thearchon.net a few times now, and for the most part the payments have gone through without much drama. Usually I get what I paid for quickly, so it’s not like the whole thing is broken or anything.

There was one time, though, where my payment sat on pending way longer than I expected. Maybe it was just a normal delay, but it kind of felt like there was some extra check happening behind the scenes that they don’t really explain. It did eventually sort itself out, but I was definitely sitting there wondering what was going on.

Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I also wouldn’t call it super smooth. I’d probably use it again, I just wish the payment side felt a bit more consistent and less like you’re waiting to see if something hidden is holding it up.

There are plenty of modes to mess around with, so I haven’t gotten bored yet. I keep telling myself I’m just checking out one more mode, but then I end up spending way more time than planned

The ranks feel worth it to me. The perks are actually useful, and I kinda suspect they’re designed to make the experience smoother without feeling too overpowered. I can’t prove that, but that’s the vibe I got.

The website was easy to use overall. I mean, I was able to get around without much trouble, and the pages loaded fine. I found the info I needed without having to click around too much. Some parts felt a little crowded on my phone, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience

Been playing on thearchon.net for a while now, and it’s been solid. Barely ever see the server go down, haven’t had random crashes, and ping stays stable most nights. Just works like it’s supposed to.

I got banned by mistake, which was ridiculous, but I put in an appeal and waited a bit. Staff eventually got back to me, looked into it, and got everything sorted out. It took longer than I hoped, but overall they handled it decently.

The server can be fun sometimes, but, the anti-cheat feels kinda weak. I’ve seen some really obvious hackers not getting banned fast enough, while regular players get hit with weird lagbacks for no reason. It just, kinda ruins the mood after a while.

I used to have a decent time on TheArchon, and I wanted to give the balance a fair shot, but after playing more it just feels off. Some kits and ranks make fights feel basically pointless, and if you’re not already stacked, it seems like you’re always stuck playing catch-up.

I kept thinking it might get better once I got into it more, or maybe I was just having bad matches, but no, it got annoying fast. PvP feels way too one-sided, and the grind doesn’t really feel worth it unless you’re paying or already way ahead

I didn’t have a great experience with the community. From what I saw, the chat had a lot of toxic comments and some straight-up harassment, and reporting it didn’t seem to change much. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me the mods felt either really slow to respond or like they weren’t paying attention. It just wasn’t a fun place for me to play.

It felt like if you don’t already know people there, you’re mostly on your own. I also wouldn’t feel great reaching out to customer service about anything, because based on the vibe around the place, I’m not sure I’d trust them to actually help much. Just wasn’t a fun place for me to spend my time.

The update schedule is kind of frustrating. Sometimes it feels like things are moving along, and then suddenly it’s radio silence for way too long. I don’t need constant updates every five minutes, but a little consistency would go a long way. Just make it steadier so people aren’t left wondering what’s going on.

I’ve had fun on the server overall, but lately it kind of feels like paying gives people a big advantage. I’m assuming that’s just the direction things are going based on what I’ve been seeing, but it makes it harder to enjoy as someone who doesn’t want to spend extra.
